What is Shadow Operative Command?
Shadow Operative Command is a fraction based in the Roblox Game "Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5", Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5 is a immersive tactical third and first person PVE and PVP game. It's mechanics, system and development helps players immerse themself in a real situation. However with lack of fractions which provide the full immersion, this is where Shadow Operative Command comes into play. We are that Fully Realistic, Immersive MILSIM tactical experience. Though we uphold multiple regulations, we also uphold many reasons why you shouldn't back-out on joining.
We do daily events/deployments. We have multiple division/department's for agents to choose from. including ranks you can climb and so much more! there is no better group, organised and as immersive as us but Shadow Operative Command. We do things the correct way. Here is a little inside information of things we actually do and how our training program(s) work here at SOCOM. But before I spill the tea, there is something we need to let you know! We're not all about being strict or giving direct orders, although that's on the mission objective, outside the game we are a fun and humourable community. We spend days and nights laughing, spreading harm-less jokes and having fun. Doing occasional fun events outside of BRM5 and so much more.
How do we do it?
It's not as complex as you think, well... not as complex anyway. Once you get accepted to the team, you will recive a role from our Recruitment Team or Instructors. This role will include your trainee role. In the acceptance message, you will be given a choice on how you wish to embark your carreer with SOCOM. You get two options, you either A, Get a life-like virtual training. Or, B, attend a minimum of 3 Deployments to become a probationary agent. Only probationary agent's are allowed to go on deployments UNLESS you pick option B.
If you picked option A: You will have to attend a 45 min to 1h 15min training exercise. Time does vairy depending on number of attendees and attendees behaviour during the training. In this training, you will cover a 5-10 minute theory/classroom session, then a effective CQC Training, Breaching training, A physical raid which will go as if it was a propper deployment and then a written exam. The CQC training covers how you deal with enemy's at close range, Breaching training covers how to correctly breach and enter a room Safely, stealth and sharp, a realistic scenario of a raid on how we will do a deployment, and then 5 minutes to complete 6 questions.
Let's say you attended and did all that and you passed, what happens then is you become a probationary agent and you attend our events and deployments, an in-further information is detailed with the provided documents.
Is there a way to bypass all of that?
Yep! There is. There is a scheme our command board may do which is "Direct Entries". The proccess is quite simple. A person gets a direct entry by a command member either by transfer or experience. It's random and you will be notified. We only do DE's to Agent at most, however if it is a returning high ranking member under 3 months then they may be exempt to possibly "Senior Agent" or a supervising rank if availability.
Much more will be added at a latter date to this section, so keep updated!
